Very weird , recently my users complains that the download files via my sharing links did'nt completed. On my dashboard i can myself download theses files completely, any solution to fixe these probleme. Thanks!

I have a problem with my sharing links ,my users complains that the download stops about 170 meg but on the dashboard i can download the file completed (about 2.5g), what is the problem? thanks:)
